Because digital products cannot be “returned” once access has been granted, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific product sales page.

2. No Refund Policy

By purchasing from AFFILIAXA, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Digital training products (such as Email Marketing Secrets, Social Media Dominator, Pro Membership) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Done-for-you and personalized services (such as AFFILIAXA Funnel Setup, Lead Master, Traffic Services, DFY Coaching Programs) are non-refundable because they involve time, labor, and direct support.

Membership upgrades (such as Pro Membership) are non-refundable, as commission increases and access are applied instantly.

Personal coaching programs are non-refundable, since you are reserving our time and expertise.

We believe in the quality of our programs and expect you to take personal responsibility to apply the knowledge and strategies provided.

3. Automatic Renewal & Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in any recurring subscription or Automatic Renewal Program:

Your subscription will renew automatically based on your chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually).

Charges will be processed using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected], but cancellations will not result in refunds for past payments.

You are responsible for keeping your billing details accurate and up to date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and training provided through AFFILIAXA are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute content without written permission from Gina Babak (Hennadii Babak).
